My clients get paid more, promoted faster, work less, sleep better, and actually enjoy their lives

You've risen fast because you’re an exceptionally high performer. You’ve won awards, received global recognition, and had your career fast-tracked.

Yet your internal narrative hasn’t caught up. Inside, you feel like nothing you ever do is enough. You advocate for everyone else but yourself. Difficult conversations scare you. You neglect exercise, rest, sleep, and fun, because there isn’t enough time.

You’re constantly afraid you will be left behind or that something is lacking in you.

You know that there has to be more to life than this. You yearn to have fun, be respected, impact the world, and have hobbies and friends.

You want a big career AND a big life, because you weren’t meant to just be stressed and wither away. That's the work we do here.

Who do I work with?

I specialize in working with professionals and teams in high-pressure industries like tech, finance, law, and media. Most people who work with me recognize themselves in one or more of the archetypes below.

Person in striped shirt and denim skirt holding a large moon image in front of their face.

01

The Insecure Superstar

You're successful on paper. Everyone says you're amazing! Strong track record, respected role, great income. But your confidence is fragile and conditional. You attribute wins to luck, timing, or other people. You over prepare, overwork, and replay conversations in your head. You rarely speak up unless you're certain. The inner critic is relentless.

01

The Unfulfilled Professional

You're not in crisis. You're not failing. But you feel flat, disconnected, or quietly dissatisfied. Each day you to go work and think, "There has to be more to life than this." You question whether you're on the right career path, but you don't want to give up your high income and start over.

01

The Capable Leader With Impostor Syndrome

You've been promoted or stepped int leadership, but internally you feel shaky. Yo second-guess decisions, struggle with delegation, and overfunction to compensate. You avoid tough conversation with direct reports and worry about being exposed as not good enough.

01

The Exhausted Achiever

You work long hours, take global calls, and are always available. You know it's unsustainable, but your identity is tied to being reliable, high-performing, and indispensable. Rest triggers guilt. Boundaries feel risky.Saying no feels like career sabotage.

01

The Self-Aware "Stuck" Professional

You'e done so much therapy you've basically paid for your therapist's mortgage. You listen to all the podcasts. You read all the self-help books. You can name your issues, but nothing is changing. In high-pressure moments, you still freeze, people-please, or default to self-doubt.

5 signs you're ready for a different kind of support

You can advocate brilliantly for other people but don’t do it for yourself. You avoid hard conversations with your team, your boss, and yourself, because confrontation scares you.

You are an all-or-nothing thinker and think you have to give 200% or you’re failing.

You're the most senior you've ever been and the most burned out. Sleep, working out, and eating healthy are the last priorities on a very long list.

You've done therapy for years and have basically bought your therapist a second home in Byron Bay, but nothing has changed.

You overdeliver, yet you’re underrecognized and undervalued which leaves you feeling dejected and hurt.

I built my career at LinkedIn — promoted 5 times in 7 years — and ended up so burned out I couldn't walk to the grocery store. I know what it looks like to perform brilliantly on the outside while a dumpster fire is happening on the inside.

Since starting my coaching practice, I've coached senior executives, directors, and founders at the world's top companies through the same inflection points I navigated. I've developed a methodology that combines career strategy with Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy because you need both internal work and external strategy to change.

While I am a huge proponent of working hard, getting shit done, and changing the world, I don’t believe ambition should come at the cost of your health and fun.

"My manager noticed the change without me saying a word. I stopped undermining myself in stakeholder conversations — and suddenly I was being asked for input on things that had nothing to do with my role."

How we can work together:

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit.

I want to make my next career move

I want to become a calmer & more confident leader

I want to make my team more successful and resilient

Strategy is useless if your programming underneath tells you that you’re “not enough.”

I have a corporate background and I'm a certified executive coach trained in therapy modalities that resolve patterns at a subconscious level. Many highly ambitious leaders have deep, dark parts of them that say they aren’t good enough, no matter what they achieve.

I work with you to resolve the “not-enoughness” parts of you first. Then I layer on the strategy and tactics that will help you, your career, and your team accelerate. After years of coaching, I realized you need both deep internal work and a structured external strategy to become a calmer, more confident leader.

This work is deep, exhilarating, empowering, and often fun.

Three overlapping red circles labeled Mind, Strategy, and Wellbeing in a Venn diagram layout.

Mind

We identify the parts of you that drive people-pleasing, imposter syndrome, conflict avoidance, and burnout, and work to resolve them at both the conscious and subconscious levels.

Strategy

This includes difficult conversations with team and stakeholders, salary negotiation frameworks, intentional career design, leadership presence techniques, stakeholder management strategies, and team management.

Wellbeing

Sleep, movement, relationships, and recovery are vital to your health and high performance because you can’t be a powerful leader if you’re hospitalized for burnout.

Who is this for

Senior leaders at an inflection point

Private clients work with me when they're at a crossroads: a promotion decision, a salary negotiation, a toxic work situation, a major career pivot, a health diagnosis, or simply a growing sense that something needs to change before burnout happens. Many of my clients see themselves in one of the archetypes below.

Which archetype are you?

Red target with an arrow hitting the bullseye on a black background.

The Rapid Riser

You've been promoted faster than your confidence has caught up. You're leading teams, managing up to the CFO, and keep wondering if you're supposed to be here.

Red sphere with a darker dollar sign symbol in the center.

The Underpaid Expert

You're carrying expanded scope — direct reports, new markets, bigger stakeholders — without the salary adjustment. You know you're below market. You don't know how to make the case without risking the relationship.

The Exhausted High Performer

You travel constantly, always deliver, and are always available. You’ve got Platinum Qantas status and you earned it. Your Oura ring data is screaming at you to slow down and sleep more, but you can’t because you just launched the Japanese market expansion.

The Invisible Senior Leader

You're doing the strategic work. You're influencing decisions. But you're not getting the visibility, the title, or the authority that reflects what you've actually built. You're waiting to be seen and starting to resent Mark getting all the credit (but you say nothing and seethe).

The Compassionate Leader Who Can't Give Feedback

You care deeply about your team. That's why you avoid hard conversations — but you realize avoiding them is doing more damage to them and to your career, and you need to gain authority without losing yourself in the process.

The Life & Career Juggler

A fertility journey. A major move. A marriage breakdown. A health diagnosis. Career doesn't pause for life and you need support in both areas so you can continue succeeding even when life doesn’t go as planned.

After six months of private coaching, here's what clients report.

  • Negotiate a salary increase with a concrete business case, which leads to up to $70K increases

  • Lead with authority and stop softening every opinion before it leaves their mouth

  • Give direct feedback without guilt to underperforming direct reports and stakeholders

  • Set work boundaries that actually stick, even during high-pressure periods

  • Sleep, move, and recover as non-negotiables

  • Get promoted into roles that reflect the work they're already doing

  • Leave toxic environments, or transform how they show up within them

  • Higher career satisfaction and increased performance ratings and reviews

"I'd spent years saying 'this is the last year.' Within three months I had the language, the strategy, and — for the first time — the actual belief that I was allowed to want something different."

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I join?

Private coaching is invitation-only. You begin by booking an Application Call— a 30-minute conversation to determine fit. Hannah will assess whether private coaching is right for you and what level of support makes most sense.

What if I travel constantly for work?

Fortnightly sessions are scheduled in advance and are able to be moved given travel schedules. Between-session support is asynchronous and works around your calendar.

How is this different from your group program?

The group program (Life & Work Transformation) works through a structured curriculum with a cohort for career transitions. Private coaching is fully tailored — every session is built around exactly where you are right now. Many clients do both simultaneously.

I'm not based in Australia. Can I join?

Yes. All sessions are conducted over Zoom. Current 1:1 clients are based in Australia, the US, Singapore, and Europe. Sessions are scheduled to accommodate time zones. Payments processed via Stripe.

Can my company pay for this?

Yes, many clients expense coaching through their employer.

What if I'm not ready to leave my job — am I still the right fit?

Most private clients aren't trying to leave. They're trying to lead better, negotiate smarter, sustain their performance without burning out, or become someone they're proud to work for.
