  • The Inner Archetypes: Understanding the Parts That Hold You Back

We all have inner archetypes or “parts” that step in to protect us when something feels threatening, especially in high-pressure work situations. These parts are not flaws; they are strategies we developed long before our careers began. In this module, you’ll learn how to recognize the internal voices that show up in moments of feedback, conflict, pressure, or visibility, and why reacting from these parts can keep you stuck.

We’ll explore four common protective parts that often shape professional behavior:

    • The Inner Critic

    • The Perfectionist

    • The Loyal Soldier

    • The People Pleaser

  • Module 2: Building a Growth Mindset

When you stop interpreting challenges or gaps in skill as evidence that you’re “not good enough,” and instead see them as opportunities to grow, everything changes. In this module, you’ll learn how to respond to self-doubt with curiosity instead of self-judgment, so you can take risks, build new strengths, and show up in your career with confidence that expands rather than collapses under pressure.

  • Is it Imposter Syndrome or a Skills Gap? Knowing the Difference

In this module, you’ll learn how to distinguish between a real skill you can build and an imposter story that’s holding you back. When you can name which is which, you stop assuming you’re the problem, and you can take clear, confident action to grow where needed and release the pressure where it’s not.

This module is especially useful if you have been told you have poor executive presence or low confidence, but you’re not sure how to improve.

  • Direct Communication

When we’re unsure of ourselves, we tend to over-explain, soften our language, or speak in circles, which makes us sound less confident than we actually are. In this module, you’ll learn how to use the request structure from Non-Violent Communication to express what you need clearly, calmly, and directly, without rambling or apologizing. This is how you communicate with authority while still being grounded, collaborative, and respectful.

This isn’t about forcing confidence or pretending you don’t feel what you feel. It’s about understanding why you respond the way you do, and learning how to lead yourself differently.
