About the episode

In this episode, career coach Hannah Kissel shares a personal update about getting engaged and her reflections on being in a healthy relationship. She goes over three principles for having a healthy relationship and choosing the right partner. Principle one is understanding your patterns, which involves doing an inventory of your toxic relationship history and identifying red flags. Principle two is knowing your non-negotiables and deal breakers, such as intelligence, values, and respect. Principle three is working on your own issues, both alone and with your partner, and seeking help when needed. Hannah emphasizes that being in a healthy relationship is a skill that can be developed through self-awareness and personal growth.
