About the episode

Self-sabotage is one of my favorite topics to explore as a coach. If self-sabotage presents, there is always a deeper issue or something in the client's subconscious that we need to understand to help them move forward. This pervasive issue manifests in various forms, from procrastination to fear of success, often preventing people from getting the career, relationship, or health they really want. In this episdoe, I explain my favorite topic to address self-sabotage: Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). I share examples from my coaching practice and personal life to illustrate how understanding and working with different parts of oneself can lead to transformation and success.
